VISITING THE FARM
Beyond the farm market, a stop a Gallagher's offers plenty to do and see at the farm.
Each spring a new set of farm animals joins the family, including chickens, pigs, lambs and bunnies. We love seeing them grow through the summer season and all visitors are welcome to say hello.
Picnic tables are available if you'd like to have a snack in the barnyard while the kids follow the chickens.
In the fall, Farmer James cuts a maze into the cornfield and starts harvesting pumpkins from the patch. Bring your family and friends to find your way to the center and ring the farm bell, then warm up with a cup of hot cider and a pumpkin donut.
Gallagher's also hosts field trips for school groups to visit the farm each fall. Students get to meet and feed the farm animals, pick a pumpkin and help make cider.
